 - COMIC BOOKS AND VINTAGE ITEMS

Due to the nature of the comics books and the vintage merchandise we sell, Turbo Comics will only accept returns if we have made a considerable mistake in grading or describing the item. Otherwise, comic books and vintage items are sold in ‘AS IS’ condition and are NOT eligible for return. Please refer to our Grading Guide to see the accepted industry standards that we use.

If you feel that the comic book or vintage item you received is not the same grade/condition as was described in the posting please contact us at turbocomicsidaho@gmail.com within 15 days of your date of delivery and include the following:

  • Your name.
  • Order number.
  • Order date.
  • Name of the product you wish to return.
  • Reason for return and pictures if applicable.

If damaged in transit or condition is not as advertised please contact Turbo Comics and after review if deemed necessary we will send you a return address. Please take care when packing the product for return and try to send it back in the same packaging you received it in if packaging is undamaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Turbo Comics cannot pay for shipping on returned orders, nor will it be responsible for refunding the shipping costs associated with an order later returned to us. 

- MERCHANDISE AND APPAREL

All returns on Merchandise and Apparel Items must be made within 15 days of your date of delivery. Turbo Comics cannot pay for shipping on returned orders, nor will it be responsible for refunding the shipping costs associated with an order later returned to us. 

Turbo Comics accepts unconditional returns on the following new items:

  • Product that arrived damaged or defective (we must have suitable evidence/pictures of damage, including packaging).
  • Unopened merchandise (must be in original, unopened packaging).
  • Unworn clothing and accessories (clothing and accessories must be fit for resale i.e. unused, unwashed).

Turbo Comics does NOT accept returns on the following items/reasons:

  • Opened/Used merchandise (except only in the case of Goods which have been discovered to be faulty upon use).
  • Wrong clothing size.
  • Sale/Promotional items.
  • Buyer’s remorse.

For returns of new items please contact us at turbocomicsidaho@gmail.com and include the following:

  • Your name.
  • Order number.
  • Order date.
  • Name of the product you wish to return.
  • Reason for return and pictures if applicable.

If deemed appropriate, we will send you a return address, and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.




 - ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK? 

Due to changing availability in our warehouse, any item ordered online may require more than 2-8 days to fulfill. Typically, and out of stock item will be denoted on our page as 'Out of Stock' or 'Sold Out'. If an item you purchased is no longer available through our on hand inventory or distributor, you will be refunded. 

- PAYMENTS

You may pay for your online purchases with American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Paypal. We are also currently exploring other payment options (stay tuned). 

We can not accept payments in cash, check, money order, email, or over the phone. Paypal may be unavailable as payment for pre-orders.



- SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States and use USPS as our primary carrier.

At this time Turbo Comics does not offer international shipping through our website. If you live in a country other than the United States and would like to make a purchase please e-mail turbocomicsidaho@gmail.com and include the destination country as well as the requested products so we can research the options available on a case by case basis.

Turbo Comics will gladly ship orders to freight forwarding services located in the United States, however Turbo Comics is not responsible for the package after it reaches the customers selected forwarding service.

Additional insurance can be added to any order per customer request with the additional corresponding postal fee being added to the total after purchase. Please e-mail turbocomicsidaho@gmail.com if you would like additional insurance applied to your order.
